Does this product have another name other than Deco Finish?

I am just finding one supplier of this, but surely it must have another name.

Isn't it the same as Pratley Glo ? You mix the two liquids and pour it onto a surface that you've decorated and it's self leveling and makse a very clear very hard cover??

I've only used Pratley Glo. Haven't used any of the other brands. Not that I don't think they will work but Prattley Glo was on a 50% sale so I bought 3boxes :P

was about a year ago, I was so excited about the sale, but haven't even used half of the first box...babies and crafts don't mix well :D
