smart shopper cardhas anyone ever used the points they got on the smart shoppers card. I saw yesterday i got roughly about R500 on it.
someone told me that its not actually cash you getting back like what you get with Dischem and Clicks. but its for example R200 of discount vouchers off only certain foods. Is this true?
Re: smart shopper cardHavent used my points yet but from what I understand, the money that you accumulate can be used to pay off your bill, like cash.
Its the vouchers that you print out, that you can use for certain foods....those just give you bonus points.
Re: smart shopper cardYou can purchase items from Pick n Pay for that amount. You just need to redeem it first at the machine, before presenting at the till with your grocery.
Re: smart shopper cardI don't know if it expires, I know of someone who has accumulated over R3000.00 on her card sofar.
But yes, you just convert your points to cash and then you can swipe your card for that amount on anything you purchase instore. Remember to swipe your card at the machine each time you go to pick n pay, you get better and more valuable vouchers the more you swipe it, and you can print your vouchers to get discount or to earn extra points.
Re: smart shopper cardwill ask at pnp about expiry.. but thought i wont redeem it till i really need it when things are really really tight
Re: smart shopper card
I'm saving up mine for some nice luxuries over Christmas. But if things get tight the I think I'll use it if needed.
Re: smart shopper card
Um I konw that time they had the forms you fill out, maybe just ask my Pick n Pay for a shartshopper card application form
Re: smart shopper cardi dont think u need a idea as when the shopper card just came out they were standing at the door hounding me and i just filled in a card. and they said it will be activated before i reach the till..
