Baby Recipe (5-10 months)
½ cup of old fashioned oats (5 minute oats)
Formula or Breastmilk can be added to thin and cream the mixture
1. Pulse the oats in a food processor for 20 to 30 seconds, or until finely ground.
2. For later use, store the oat powder in a sealed container, either in the refrigerator, freezer or a cool dark place for up to 3 months.
3. Bring ½ cup of water to a boil and sprinkle in 2 tbsp of the ground oats and an optional ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
4. Whisk continuously for half a minute and then occasionally for 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture is thick and creamy.
