Sausage Cheese Balls

 

Ingredients
453 grams sausage
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 cups baking mix

Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
2) In a medium bowl, combine the sausage, cheese and dry baking mix in a bowl and mix together.
3) Shape mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
4) Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot.
