German Measles (Rubella)

Rubella is a contagious viral infection that causes a red rash.

Less infectious and less severe than regular measles, rubella is vaccinated as part of the routine immunization programme during babyhood.

Humidify the air
Add lavender, chamomile, almond oil and tea tree to humidifier
