Bacon And Baby Marrow Pasta


500g spaghetti pasta
250g bacon, chopped
2 baby marrows, grated
250ml milk
250ml white whine
1 red onion, chopped
250g button mushrooms
1 sachet mushroom soup
5ml garlic & herbs seasoning
175ml plain yoghurt
30ml oil

1) Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
2) Heat oil and sauté onion bacon and mushrooms and baby marrows until cooked.
3) Mix soup powder and milk together and add to the mushrooms and cook until the sauce has thickened.
4) Season with garlic and herb seasoning, and add wine.
5) Add yoghurt and simmer until thick.
6) Serve with spinach pasta.
