10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup bread crumbs
¾ cup low-fat yoghurt
½ cup chopped fresh basil
2 tsps cornstarch
2 tbsps Parmesan cheese, grated
1) Arrange chicken in single layer in a suitable baking dish.
2) Combine yoghurt, basil and cornstarch; mix well and spread over chicken.
3) Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan and sprinkle over chicken.
4) Bake chicken 180 °C oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
