Finger Foods (for babies from 9 months)

Finger foods make great in-between snacks and fruits and vegetables can be used to create quick and hassle free snacks. From 10 months, babies should be enjoying three meals a day along with one or two nutritious snacks. Keep the finger snacks light and simple.

Banana Delight

1 ripe banana

Plain yoghurt drizzled with honey (Honey for over 1yr olds only).

Cut the banana into rings and dip each banana ring into the yoghurt. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar (if honey was not used).

– Bananas are rich in potassium and perfect snacks.

– Cut up a variety of fruits, such as apples, melons, etc. for a tasty finger fruit salad.
