½ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup whole dark-roasted coffee beans
1) Break whole coffee beans in half along the ridges of the beans.
2) Melt chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3) Drop coffee bean halves into chocolate by handfuls.
4) Stir beans into chocolate and scoop out with a slotted spoon.
5) Place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet to harden.
6) Separate the beans so they do not clump together.
