1 cup corn meal
200ml boiling water
1 tbsp butter
½ teaspoon salt
1) Mix all ingredients together.
2) Make balls using a tablespoon of mixture for each.
3) Place on a greased baking sheet.
4) After moistening your fingers, pat into small rounds (if you have a shape preference you may form it at this time.
5) Bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
