500g tender roast beef, cubed
250g pasta (fusilli or penne)
100ml sour cream
3-4 beef bullion cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1) Place cubed beef into crockpot – stove on low heat.
2) Pour soups over beef, add bullion cubes, paprika and salt and stir.
3) Cook on low all day.
4) Cook pasta per package directions.
5) Just before serving add sour cream to the crockpot mix.
6) Serve over the cooked noodles.
