Crunchy Chicken Bites


900g skinless and boneless chicken breast halves, cut in strips
300g tortilla chips, well crushed
120ml milk
2 eggs, beaten

1) Preheat oven to 200 °C.
2) Mix the beaten eggs milk in a shallow bowl.
3) Place crushed chips in a separate bowl.
4) Dip chicken first in egg mixture, then in crushed chips to coat.
5) Place coated chicken on an ungreased cookie sheet.
6) Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes before turning sides and baking another 10 minutes.
