Golden Chicken Nuggets

 
Ingredients
4 whole deboned chicken breasts, skinned
½ cup unseasoned fine bread crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme (or ¼ tsp powdered thyme)
1 tsp basil

Instructions
1) Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
2) Mix dry ingredients.
3) Dip chicken pieces into butter, then into crumb mixture.
4) Bake on foil-lined cookie sheet at 200 °C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
