Honey And Lemon Grilled Fish

Ingredients
600g fresh fish
(Marinade)
50ml honey
1 small onion, chopped finely
2 tbsps lemon juice
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1) Mix all marinade ingredients well.
2) Pour over the fish.
3) Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
4) Pre-heat oven and grill the fish for 4 – 5 minutes on each side.
