1 Salmon fillet (1/2 Kg), cut into 4 pieces
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 cup uncooked instant brown rice
1 1/4 cups water
1. Heat oven to 230C. Line cookie sheet with foil; Cover foil lightly with Olive Oil. Place salmon on sheet. In small bowl, mix the honey and ketchup and Spread over the fish.
2. Bake 10 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
3. Meanwhile, cook the rice in water as directed on package. Add a little salt to the rice and serve fish with rice.
