Jalapeño Poppers


4 slices bacon, chopped fine
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
½ cup mushrooms, chopped
200g cream cheese
½ cup gouda
½ cup mozzarella
8-10 jalapeño peppers

1) Fry the bacon, onion, and mushroom together until bacon is crisp.
2) Drain well and let cool.
3) Mix bacon, onion, mushroom, and cheeses.
4) Slice peppers in half and stuff with the mixture.
5) Bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
