450g lamb chops
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
100ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
salt, to taste
ground pepper, to taste
1) Excluding the meat, mix all the ingredients together in a suitable bowl to make marinade.
2) Place the lamb in the marinade and coat thoroughly.
3) Let stand for a minimum of 1 hour at room temperature.
4) Grill for approximately 20 minutes, until internal temperature is 80 °C.
