Lemon And Garlic Shrimp

 

Ingredients
750g shrimp (in shell)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp butter
salt

Instructions
1) Peel and de-vein shrimp.
2) Squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from lemon.
3) Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
4) Add the shrimp, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt.
5) Sauté, stirring until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
6) Stir in lemon juice and green onion.
7) Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
