Pecan Balls


2 cup flour, sifted
2 cups pecan nuts, finely chopped
1 cup butter
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsps vanilla extract
icing sugar

1) Preheat oven to 165 °C.
2) Combine the flour, sugar, and salt, then add the butter and vanilla.
3) Mix and then add the pecans; mix well.
4) Shape into 2cm balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5) Bake for 25 minutes.
6) Roll in icing sugar while warm.
