Rice And Cheese Casserole


½ cup rice, cooked
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup Parmesan, freshly grated
½ cup low-fat milk
1 tsp dill weed
½ tsp Dijon-style mustard
non-stick vegetable spray

1) Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2) Combine all but ingredients excluding the spray in a mixing bowl.
3) Coat a casserole dish with the vegetable spray.
4) Pour the ingredient mix into the casserole dish.
5) Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
