125g unsalted melted butter
6 cups Rice Krispies
½ cup 100s and 1000s
1) Grease a 16cm x 26 cm tray and set aside.
2) Chop 1 cup marshmallows and combine in a bowl with Rice Krispies and 100s and 1000s.
3) Melt remaining marshmallows in a heat-proof bowl in the microwave (on high for 20 seconds). Add melted marshmallows and melted butter to the Rice Krispies mixture. Stir well to combine.
4) Transfer the mixture into the tray and press down with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate until set, and then cut into 16 bars. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
