1 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli
1 ½ cups chopped fresh cauliflower
½ cup shredded carrot
5 fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup raspberry vinaigrette
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
1) Combine the cauliflower, carrot, broccoli, strawberries, almonds in a large bowl.
2) Mix the yoghurt and vinaigrette separately.
3) Add the mix to the bowl and toss well to ensure even coating.
4) Serve immediately.
