Turkey Sandwich

 

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1 slice smoked Gouda cheese
2 slices skinless turkey breast, cooked
50g onions, caramelized
15ml low-fat mayonnaise
pepper to taste

Instructions
1) Place caramelized onion on one slice of bread, and spread mayonnaise on the other.
2) Layer cheese and turkey between slices of bread.
3) Season with pepper to taste.

Note – Turkey can be replaced with chicken.
