4 vegetarian hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
1 large ripe tomato, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
½ of a jalapeÃ±o pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
â…› tsp black pepper
mild English mustard
1) Combine the tomato, garlic, jalapeÃ±o pepper, and oil in a small bowl; then set aside.
2) Boil, steam, or grill hot dogs.
3) Toast the buns, if preferred.
4) Place hot dogs in buns; spread mixture over hot dogs.
5) Top with mustard if desired.
